Agreement

These terms govern access to smartapianalyticstool.digital and paid application analytics engagements with Smart API Analytics Tool, located at 575 Canton Rd, Yau Ma Tei, Hong Kong. By using this site or commissioning work, you agree to these terms.

Services

Smart API Analytics Tool provides advisory application analytics services focused on API tool engagement tracking: inventories, path diagnostics, engagement cohort studies, and office hours. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational. A separate scope note and invoice define each engagement. This site does not process payments or offer checkout.

No software licence

Engagements do not grant a licence to proprietary analytics software, dashboards, or managed tooling operated by Smart API Analytics Tool. Deliverables are written artefacts and advisory sessions as described in the scope note.

Client responsibilities

You provide accurate contacts, timely access to analytics tools and documentation where agreed, and truthfulness about product constraints. Delays in access may extend timelines without breach on our side.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the engagement-specific artefacts delivered to you (catalogues, scripts, notes). Smart API Analytics Tool retains methods, templates, and know-how used across clients. You may not republish our templates as your own product.

Confidentiality

Both parties treat non-public product and business information as confidential and use it only to perform the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Smart API Analytics Tool is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made solely on advisory recommendations. Aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or submit unlawful material through forms. We may suspend access that threatens site integrity.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
